Veteran who is disables with lung disease and bipolar disorder is living on 3rd floor in the heat and can't make stairs has no one to help him.traveling up and down stairs takes 2 hours and puts him at risk is poor and in poor health .Veterans sign up for our safety let's sign up for his,help please donate to get him a more suitable place that he can get in and out of on the first floor and not endanger his health.hr is alone and doesn't need much to improve his daily life,being in a third floor apartment and not being able to travel out is like prison and aggravates his depressive disorder,and he won't ask for help,we've tried but due to economic downturns resources are limited please help...!!!!the landlord went for eviction even though the veteran is in bankruptcy and has no where to go because the vet asked him to make the apartment accessible for him .I can't believe the world how heartless it is these days .please help!!!!
